- Refunds are processed within 15-30 business days
- Course material costs are non-refundable once delivered
5. Course Delivery
5.1 Scheduled Classes
We strive to deliver all courses as scheduled. However, we reserve the right to:
- Reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances
- Cancel courses if minimum enrollment is not met
- Change instructors if necessary

5.2 Attendance Requirements
- Minimum 75% attendance required for certificate eligibility
- Students must inform us in advance of any absence
- Makeup classes may be provided subject to availability
6. Certificates
Certificates are issued to students who:
- Complete the course with minimum 75% attendance
- Successfully complete all assignments and projects
- Pass the final assessment (if applicable)
- Have cleared all outstanding fees
Certificates are issued within 15 days of course completion. Lost certificates can be reissued for a nominal fee.
7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, presentations, code samples, and documentation are the intellectual property of Opentechz. You may:
- Use materials for personal learning purposes
- NOT share, distribute, or sell course materials
- NOT reproduce materials for commercial purposes

7.2 Student Projects
You retain ownership of projects you create during the course. However, we may showcase your projects (with your permission) for promotional purposes.
8. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to:
- Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
- Participate actively in classes
- Not disrupt classes or training sessions
- Not engage in plagiarism or academic dishonesty
- Follow lab and facility rules
- Maintain professional behavior
Violation of the code of conduct may result in suspension or expulsion without refund.
9. Placement Assistance
If placement assistance is offered:
- It is a facilitation service, not a job guarantee
- We will make reasonable efforts to connect you with potential employers
- Final hiring decisions rest with employers
- We do not guarantee job placement or specific salary packages
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Opentechz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific course
- We are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control
- We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or job placements
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information and complying with applicable data protection laws.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
